Our Budapest Wonderland tour will introduce you to the Hungarian customs at the most wonderful time of the year – customs that mainly revolve around food. Hungarians have always been famous for having a great appetite and no holiday makes this stereotype truer than Christmas. Since the great eating marathon only starts on December 24th, we had to find an excuse to have a snack before. Enter Christmas markets. They are not all about food though – the markets also feature the best local handmade goods that could make unique Christmas presents if you’re looking to buy something for your loved ones.
